The beds were so unbelievably comfortable! The staff were so welcoming, and couldn't do enough to make you comfortable. The food was exceptional! Would highly recommend it to anyone, we'll definitely be going back!

Separate lounge with sofa and dining table. Location was excellent, right in the middle of Appleby, but the apartment was very quiet.

Attention to detail was great, enough milk for a few cups of tea not just one, biscuits, mints, enough towels and shower accessories. Staff really friendly, evening meal and breakfast of very high quality. Really enjoyed our stay.

The guidebook in the room was very helpful and provided information about things to do in the Lake District area, by foot or car. I took a 45 minute walk around the nearby farm and enjoyed quiet, scenic views. The unit we stayed in consisted of a large living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath with shower and tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were scrumptious. There was a great vibe at dinner and it was clear that this is not just a spot for guests, but also popular with the locals. Parking was available just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.
